Organogram
1.  Each union council consists of nine wards.
2. One chairman was elected in every union council.
3. Each ward is elected a member of a local person.
4. A woman member is elected in three wards.
5. The candidates and members are elected directly by the residents of the union.
6. After five years, the elections of the Union Parishad were held and the chairman and the members were elected.
