What is land development tax / rent?
In order to take advantage of possession of any land, the government has to pay the fixed amount every year for every percent of the land, as land development tax or rent.
Rent right
Right to accept an entry by paying rent.
The right to prove the ownership of the land by paying rent by issuing it.
If a person is unhappy with any order relating to the rent, then the appeal is right.
(7 Rules of Land Development Tax Rules, 1976)
(A) If there is less than 25 bighas of land.
(B) If any land is used as a poultry farm / dairy farm by physically working at small and marginal farmers stage.
(C) If less than 5 hand-loom weeds are situated on a land and the weavers perform their physical work by the landowner himself.
(D) If a land is mainly used as a place of prayer or religious services or general graveyard / harrowing ghat.
